These terms apply to every visit to lanovia.org and every order placed through it. The website and the RENAD+ product are operated by LANOVIA Nutrition ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older to order RENAD+. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the details you give us are true and complete.
3. About the product
RENAD+ is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this website have not been evaluated as medical claims. Individual results vary.
Speak with a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, or have a medical condition. Follow the directions on the label and do not exceed the recommended serving of two capsules a day.
Product photos are for illustration. If anything on the website differs from the product label, the label is correct.
4. Placing and confirming orders
When you place an order, you receive an order number. This is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. We will call or WhatsApp you on the number you provide to confirm your order, address and delivery time. Your order is confirmed only once we have spoken to you.
We may decline or cancel an order, and will tell you if we do, when:
we cannot reach you to confirm it after reasonable attempts;
the product is out of stock;
a price or product detail on the website was clearly wrong;
we cannot deliver to your address; or
we reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent or placed in bad faith.
If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us on WhatsApp before it is shipped.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR). Launch offers and bundle discounts are available for a limited time and may change or end without notice. Changes never affect an order we have already confirmed.
Any delivery fee is confirmed with you by phone before your order ships. Payment is cash on delivery: please have the exact total ready when your order arrives.
6. Delivery
Delivery times we give you are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control do not entitle you to compensation, but we will keep you informed.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive and pay for the order. If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled.
For orders outside Saudi Arabia, delivery depends on courier availability and is confirmed with you first. Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees are your responsibility, and you are responsible for checking that the product can be legally imported into your country.
7. Checking your order on delivery
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, the seal is broken, or you received the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
8. Returns and refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, with the safety seal intact, within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a return. Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return delivery costs are yours.
Opened products cannot be returned unless they were faulty when delivered. Approved refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using a method we agree with you. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Refused cash-on-delivery orders
Refusing a confirmed order at the door costs us delivery fees. If confirmed orders from the same phone number or address are refused repeatedly, we may ask for payment in advance for future orders or decline them.
10. Offers and our newsletter
Each offer applies only for the period and on the terms shown with it, and offers cannot be combined unless we say so. If you join our email list, we will send you launch news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or messaging us.
11. Privacy and cookies
To process and deliver your order, we collect your name, phone number, country, city, district, address, postal code and any notes you add. If you join our list, we also collect your email address. We use this information only to confirm, deliver and support your orders, and to send you offers if you asked for them.
We share your delivery details only with the courier delivering your order and with the service providers that run this website and its order forms. We do not sell your personal information.
This website uses the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to measure visits and the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you place an order, your contact details may be sent to Meta in a scrambled (hashed) form to match the order to our ads. You can limit ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings and block cookies in your browser.
We also save your language choice and the contents of your cart in your browser so they are there when you return. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us on WhatsApp.
12. Intellectual property
The LANOVIA Nutrition and RENAD+ names, logos, product images, label designs and website content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
13. Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep information on the website accurate, but it may occasionally contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by misusing the product, ignoring the label directions or warnings, or delays outside our control, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes will be handled by its competent courts.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على كل زيارة لموقع lanovia.org وكل طلب يتم من خلاله. يُدار الموقع ومنتج RENAD+ من قِبل LANOVIA Nutrition ("نحن"). باستخدامك للموقع أو تقديمك طلباً، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
2. من يحق له الطلب
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر لطلب RENAD+. بتقديمك الطلب، تؤكد أن عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر وأن البيانات التي تقدمها صحيحة وكاملة.
3. حول المنتج
RENAD+ مكمّل غذائي، وليس دواءً، وليس مخصصاً لتشخيص أي مرض أو علاجه أو الشفاء منه أو الوقاية منه. لم يتم تقييم العبارات الواردة في هذا الموقع كادعاءات طبية. تختلف النتائج من شخص لآخر.
استشر الطبيب أو الصيدلي قبل الاستخدام إذا كنتِ حاملاً أو مرضعاً، أو كنت تتناول أي أدوية، أو لديك حالة صحية. اتبع التعليمات المدونة على الملصق ولا تتجاوز الجرعة الموصى بها وهي كبسولتان يومياً.

4. تقديم الطلبات وتأكيدها
عند تقديم طلبك تحصل على رقم طلب. يُعد ذلك طلب شراء وليس بيعاً مؤكداً. سنتصل بك أو نراسلك عبر واتساب على الرقم الذي أدخلته لتأكيد الطلب والعنوان وموعد التوصيل، ولا يُعد طلبك مؤكداً إلا بعد تواصلنا معك.
يحق لنا رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه، وسنبلغك بذلك، في الحالات التالية:
تعذّر التواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب بعد محاولات معقولة؛
نفاد المنتج من المخزون؛
وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو في بيانات المنتج على الموقع؛
تعذّر التوصيل إلى عنوانك؛ أو
وجود اشتباه معقول بأن الطلب احتيالي أو غير جاد.
إذا أردت تعديل طلبك أو إلغاءه، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب قبل شحنه.
5. الأسعار والدفع
الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي. عروض الإطلاق وخصومات الباقات متاحة لفترة محدودة وقد تتغير أو تنتهي دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يؤثر ذلك على أي طلب سبق تأكيده.
يتم تأكيد أي رسوم توصيل معك هاتفياً قبل شحن الطلب. الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام، لذا يُرجى تجهيز المبلغ الإجمالي عند وصول طلبك.
6. التوصيل
مواعيد التوصيل التي نبلغك بها تقديرية. التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الطقس أو العطلات الرسمية أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا لا يترتب عليه تعويض، لكننا سنبقيك على اطلاع.
يُرجى التأكد من صحة عنوانك ورقم جوالك، ووجود من يستلم الطلب ويدفع قيمته. إذا تعذّر التوصيل بعد محاولات معقولة، فقد يُلغى الطلب.
للطلبات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، يعتمد التوصيل على توفر شركات الشحن ويُؤكد معك أولاً. أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم محلية تقع على عاتقك، كما تتحمل مسؤولية التأكد من جواز استيراد المنتج إلى بلدك.
7. فحص الطلب عند الاستلام
يُرجى فحص طلبك عند وصوله. إذا كان المنتج تالفاً أو كان ختم الأمان مكسوراً أو استلمت منتجاً غير صحيح، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وصور توضيحية، وسنستبدل المنتج أو نعيد قيمته.
8. الإرجاع واسترداد المبلغ
لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والسلامة، نقبل إرجاع المنتجات غير المفتوحة والتي لم يُكسر ختم الأمان فيها فقط، خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام. تواصل معنا عبر واتساب لترتيب الإرجاع. تتحمل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج تالفاً أو غير صحيح.
لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة إلا إذا كانت معيبة عند الاستلام. يُعاد المبلغ للطلبات المقبولة خلال 14 يوماً من استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع، بطريقة نتفق عليها معك. لا يؤثر أي بند في هذه الشروط على حقوقك بموجب أنظمة حماية المستهلك.
9. رفض طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام
رفض طلب مؤكد عند الباب يحمّلنا تكاليف التوصيل. إذا تكرر رفض الطلبات المؤكدة من نفس رقم الجوال أو العنوان، فقد نطلب الدفع المسبق للطلبات القادمة أو نعتذر عن قبولها.
10. العروض والنشرة البريدية
يسري كل عرض خلال المدة وبالشروط الموضحة معه فقط، ولا يمكن الجمع بين العروض ما لم نذكر ذلك. إذا اشتركت في قائمتنا البريدية، سنرسل لك أخبار الإطلاق والعروض، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت بالرد على أي رسالة أو بمراسلتنا.
11. الخصوصية وملفات تعريف الارتباط
لمعالجة طلبك وتوصيله، نجمع اسمك ورقم جوالك والدولة والمدينة والحي والعنوان والرمز البريدي وأي ملاحظات تضيفها. وإذا اشتركت في قائمتنا، نجمع بريدك الإلكتروني أيضاً. نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لتأكيد طلباتك وتوصيلها وخدمتك، ولإرسال العروض إذا طلبتها.
نشارك بيانات التوصيل فقط مع شركة الشحن التي توصل طلبك ومع مزودي الخدمات الذين يشغّلون هذا الموقع ونماذج الطلب. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

12. الملكية الفكرية
أسماء LANOVIA Nutrition وRENAD+ وشعاراتهما وصور المنتج وتصميم الملصق ومحتوى الموقع مملوكة لنا، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منا.
13. مسؤوليتنا تجاهك
نحرص على دقة المعلومات في الموقع، لكنها قد تتضمن أخطاء أحياناً. وإلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء استخدام المنتج أو تجاهل تعليمات الملصق وتحذيراته أو التأخير الخارج عن إرادتنا، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي طلب على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابله. لا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها نظاماً.
14. التعديلات والقانون الواجب التطبيق
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتسري على طلبك النسخة المنشورة في الموقع وقت تقديمه. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها المختصة بالنظر في أي نزاع.
